Five Feet, Nine Inches Above Ground

It was a slightly overcast in the morning and the rain clouds hung back over the mountains as the sun broke through in the afternoon. Marc and Randy took me on a delightful tour of Fuzeta – the beach and the town. We had lunch at Pedro’s restaurant, Snack Bar Galactica. The corvina was delicious. The drive back to the villa via small lanes and roads was fun and provided more opportunities for photos. Roses in bloom and rosemary. The villa garden is a veritable citrus orchard, clementines, lemons, giant oranges and bananas. The latter are not ripe – and there are avocados, as well. Sigh. What hardship.
